1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by HomeDocCare ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

HomeDocCare provides verified MBBS/MD doctors for home visits, consultations, and home healthcare services across Delhi NCR. Our services include but are not limited to:

• General physician consultations at home
• Specialist consultations (Cardiology, Orthopedics, Neurology, etc.)
• Elderly care and geriatric support
• Urgent medical support with 20-minute arrival
• Post-surgery and recovery care
• Drip therapy and medication administration
• Bed sore and wound care
• Advanced home care setup (ventilator, monitoring, etc.)

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Consultation Fee

The standard doctor home visit fee is ₹1,499. This includes the doctor's consultation and basic examination at your home. There are no hidden charges for the consultation.

3.2 Additional Services

Any additional services you choose — such as care supplies, care support, health assessments, drip therapy, advanced home care setup, or specialized equipment — are charged separately. You will be informed of these charges before the service is provided.

3.3 Payment Method

You can pay after the doctor has visited and examined the patient. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and most digital payment methods.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Booking

You can book a doctor home visit by calling us at +91 76781 68932 or via WhatsApp. We will confirm the booking and assign a verified doctor near your location.

4.2 Cancellation

If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled visit. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee of ₹200 to compensate the doctor's time and travel.

5. Arrival Time

We aim to have a doctor arrive at your home within 20 minutes of booking (improving daily). However, actual arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions, your exact location in Delhi NCR, and other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to keep you informed of any delays.

6. Doctor Verification

All doctors associated with HomeDocCare are verified MBBS/MD professionals registered with the Medical Council of India. We conduct thorough background checks and verify credentials before onboarding any doctor.

7. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health condition and medical history.
• Follow the doctor's advice and prescribed treatment plan.
• Ensure a safe and accessible environment for the doctor to provide care.
• Inform us of any changes in your health condition before the doctor's visit.

8. Limitation of Liability

HomeDocCare acts as a platform connecting patients with verified doctors. While we take utmost care in verifying doctors, we are not liable for the medical advice or treatment provided by the doctor. The doctor is solely responsible for the medical care provided. In the event of any dispute, the patient's primary recourse is to the treating doctor.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and medical information shared with us is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing healthcare services. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Service Area

We currently serve the following regions in Delhi NCR:

• Delhi — All major localities
• Gurgaon — DLF, Cyber Hub, Sohna Road, etc.
• Noida — Sector 18, 62, 76, etc.
• Faridabad — All sectors
• Ghaziabad — Indirapuram, Vaishali, etc.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
